With over two decades of experience as an educator and business owner, Jonathan brings a unique blend of instructional expertise and operational insight to his work. His passion lies in partnering with companies to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline operations, enhance performance, and drive growth. These SOPs are then transformed into meaningful, structured training programs for new employees and interns, fostering skill development and supporting the next generation of the workforce.

Alexis "Lexi" Linback is a skilled writer and educator with a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Humanities education from the University of Colorado Boulder and a B.S. in Secondary English Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
As a Curriculum Writer since January 2024, she creates engaging educational content, drawing on her expertise in English writing and curriculum design. As an educator, she has developed innovative curricula and facilitated a diverse range of academic programs. Her experience in K-12 education enables her to contribute to our internship development curriculum, bridging the gap between business and education.
