Our team brings more than 40 years of combined education experience. As former educators, we understand both classroom realities and workplace demands, which allows us to effectively bridge the gap between K-12, post-secondary education, and the workforce. We have collaborated with organizations including the Colorado Education Initiative, Greeley-Evans School District, EduHero, eDynamic Learning, and Emergent Campus to create curriculum that meets real educational and industry needs.

We design training that turns real operational knowledge into clear, practical learning experiences that deliver value for students, adult learners, and the organizations that hire them.

Our work includes:

• 7–12 Grade: CTE courses, pre-internship programs, electives, and career-connected learning

• Adult Learners: Corporate training and onboarding systems (with strong overlap into technical writing and process documentation)

• Educator Professional Development

• Conversion of real operational knowledge into classroom-ready, LMS-ready, or instructor-led materials

• Internship and apprenticeship program design and support materials that help businesses get strong results from interns while giving students a meaningful experience
